NOTES
FROM THE "ROAD" FROM TRILLY:
Dec. 6th, 2007
Note to say what a great turn out at Riverside. I was almost
overwhelmed, and so nice after so many years of memories brought back
to life. Makes me wonder why did I ever quit music? Well, you got
me "HOOKED" NOW. All kinds of ideas for music and show while
recooperating from foot surgeries. My many, many thanks to all of you
that are making my return to music so wonderful and very exciting. To
the fact of resigning my old 33 records from back when, and the photos
you had to have had weatherized after all these years, really tells me
what wonderful fans I have. You as fans have more memorbilia on
me than I have. I even had to have Steve buy one of my old albums
on EBay as I didn't have a copy of it. To remember all the places
I performed and now the funny stories are coming back to life, as now I
have all of you to share it with instead of being buried. The
Riverside Casino treated Steve and I like royalty and it really is a
wonderful warm stage to entertain from as I can see all of your faces
and reactions. I know a lot of you wonder about some of my
muiscians from the past. Well I did too. I refer to them now as
my babies, as I took so many away from home into the real music
world. I have contacted a good majority of them after 20 years of
absence, if fact had a reunion last July in Nashville with many of
them. Who knows, maybe I'll have the pleasure of having them on
stage with me in the future, but my babies have all stayed with music
and are making a living at what they do best and i am so proud that I
was part of their musical careers. My goals have changed from
years ago and now I'm playing and entertaining on my own terms, not
what Nashville wanted me to be or do. Doing some songwriting
now and have started on a book of my life, working title is "KEEP ON
BELIEVIN''. As of now, I have a lot to be thankful for and I am
really looking forward to entertaining again. Thanks again for all the
support, memories, and fun and for a bright new outlook on the future.
Musically yours,
Tril
